Delhivery - False Pickup Attempts

I had ordered a multipurpose * layered rack from first cry and it was damaged on receiving. Scheduled it for a return and refund and the company assigned for pickup was Delhivery. From *th Dec the status of the pickup shows executive attempted pickup but customer unreachable, nobody comes or calls but everyday there is a false pickup attempt status. Raised it in both first cry and Delhivery repeatedly everyday, they escalate it and do nothing about it. After * week, a pickup person came, refused to pick it up saying his vehicle doesn't have space even though i insisted that he takes it. Now its been more than * days and first cry has marked it as return window closed and Delhivery has cancelled pickup. I have never seen such a fraud company like Delhivery and such a horrible customer service from First Cry and Delhivery. I want my money back but there is no way to get a resolution here.
