Nestaway Technologies Private Limited - False MoveOut Charges in Nestaway Not refunding deposit

Hi,

I had booked a property via Nestaway with Property ID: N***** in Keerthi Signature, Whitefield, Bangalore. As the owner offboarded the property from nestaway the contract was abruptly terminated with a notice of ** days. This meant that I got to live in the house for only ** odd days.

For this I had paid a deposit of *****/- INR and One time nestaway fees of ****/- INR.

Now while refunding the deposit nestaway is falsely adding alot of charges to me so much so that my refund amount has come down to ****/- INR only from the expected *****/- INR.

They have added other tenant’s move out charges into my account as well which in turn come out to be false charges on other tenant’s part as well.

Also at the time of move in the kitchen cabinet was damaged to a great extent for which I had raised a ticket for repair to which the owner refused. However the nestaway people resolved the ticket by stating that there would be no move out charges for this but still they have added ****/- INR for this particular reason.
I’ve attached the written resolution stating the above along with this grievance.

These nestaway people try to catch on to every small opportunity to loot hard earned money of people. Since now I’ve lost around **-**k to them which I’ve little hope of getting back.

I’m totally devastated by the amount of stress and harassment they’ve been doing by charging me random money from here and there.

The detailed charges, the false charges of other tenants, the resolution where they themselves said this won’t be charged all the pics have been attached along.

I hope to get some justice here :(
