I had a talk with your customer care executive on *nd September **** at *:**pm regarding my internet packs and offers related to the same. After a long to and fro conversation I and my wife was offered the following plan -
*. * GB per Day.
*. * GB per Month.
*. Unlimited calling and messages.
*. Rs.*** Rental per month.
After this since my plan was not activated till late night, again I had a talk with your customer care executive and following was the status of my offers-
*. * GB per day
*. * GB per month.
*. Unlimited calling and messages.
*. Rs.*** Rental per month.
In both the above scenarios your customer care executive informed me two different things which is completely not acceptable.
Thirdly I waited for ** hours according to your Vodafone policies but still my plan is not being activated. Your customer care executive clearly mentioned in all the conversations that within ** hours the plan will be activated. After my second conversation I received a message ( **:** am, *rd September ) saying that my plan will be activated within * hours but till now my plans are not being activated.
Now at *pm ( *rd September **** ) I have been informed when I called the customer care that since today is sunday my plan won't be activated.
this was not mentioned in any of the conversations
After all this now also they always transfer calls and they refuse to live up to their words. The false plan is still activated and they have not given me new plans nor they have deactivated this false plan and given me my old plan back.
