Somvir singh filed complaint against Snapdeal on Feb 7, 2018
I purchased a PlayStation * pro from Snapdeal. In product description they said it is in Warranty. When i i recieved the product ir was found thatit was an imported. When i contacted snapdeal they said i have to get a confirmation mail from sony that it is not in Warranty. I have done that also. Sony said they are not providing Warranty for that seller. Its * days since than. But they are not listening to me. And Everytime they call me. They said that they are working on this. I don't know on which thing they are working. I have done everything which theywant from me. But still my refund is not initiated. Don't know what they want. I m fed up with all this. See a attach the pic. Which shows that it is not an indian product. This is the serial no of the PlayStation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
