Piyush singhvi filed complaint against Oyo Hotels on Dec 26, 2018
We are * couples with * small kid and planned a trip to Goa.
We book a *bhk Villa from oyo app for which booking I'd is. JLRU****.
Now below are the false commitment given to us
*. We have been told there is a private pool in this Villa but after checking we came to know that pool is combined pool I.e. sharing pool
*. At the time of booking we have told all * rooms have attached bathroom but on * room there is no attach bathroom
*. We have been told **×* care taker will be available
But there was not care taker even oyo Capitan is also not interested to assist us.
Many time he don't pick our call and making false commitment
Now this is about false commitment
Now let me breif you about there service
*. Check in time was **:** pm but when we reached to propety it's very messy
Cleaner and housekeeping was doing there work
After so much hurrdle we got check in arround * pm so we wasted our * hours here and there with small kid and in hot weather
*. Room was not clean at all in all the * day, dirty towel was given to us
* ac reomote was not available in one room
TV is not working in one room
*. Cockroaches and frog was romaing in rooms
*. Basic ammentiy is also not available like hand towel
*. On * Rd day of our stay water was not available
*. No corporation from serive team
Like we called ** times on oyo customer service desk no once response properly
We raised concern in oyo app but without taking feedback from us they close the issue.
Very dissatisfied services and they just need in there money
As we paid whole amount in advance,we were helpless
And our kids,so much horrible situation we faced.
On above we need our money back
