Cleartrip Companny while booking Air Seychelles flight that fare is refundable upon cancellation and charged me Rs.*****/- for booking id ***********.
Now when I want to cancel the booking they are denying and forfeiting amount because airline does not refund the amount.
In actual cleartrip charged me for a normal refundable reservation however the booking made with airline was done under promotional fare which is non- refundable.
Cleartrip wanted to make excess unethical profits and now dupe its customers.
The booking was refundable, has been accepted by every executive in cleartrip call-center. Now nobody is replying to my mails and calls.
Can you please help !!!
