Udit Bhardwaj filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 3, 2023
This is regarding the no. ****-*******. I have been billed wrong from the last two times consecutively, despite this I made the payment every time, so that my cibil does not go wrong, but not time, false promises were done and not delivered and now my services are bared.
The executives do as they wish to do and make false promises, i have explained my issues to more than * people, you may check all my call recordings on the no. **********.
I made a complaint and the request was closed.
My total bill is PREPARED @ *** plans despite clearly mentioning *** plans. my two months remaining.
I would like a legitimate bill payment for my standing dues i.e
*** + *** (IP billing) + **% GST for two months, rest i don't want the xstream billing as it was given in rewards, if it is chargeable kindly stop that. Along with this they also gave me amazon prime for free and then charged me for the same.

For two months my legitimate bill is of Rs. ****.**. Kindly send me the link to make the payment asap, and start my services.
Also i would like my * months rental plan to start, i don't want to carry this ***, it was imposed on me and never asked from me
RECENT UPDATE - THE COUNT HAS GONE TO ** PEOPLE AND I HAVE EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM MORE THAN **-** TIMES.
I HAVE ALREADY PAID MY LEGITIMATE BILL.
HOPE I GET MY ANSWER THIS TIME.
LAST MAIL WAS SENT ON *RD JANUARY, DECISION PENDING FROM THAT MAIL ALSO.
