Order no. ***-*******-******* placed on amazon despite being gauranteed by the company & regular follow up for same being made, wasn't delivered. The same was to be utilised at a marriage, thereby proving the "Jhutha Chupai" advertisement of amazon to be false & deceiving.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
