Amazon.in - Fake product delivered

I bought a Nike shoes from Amazon and the delivered product looks like fake one and of cheap quality, even the box is not of Nike. So I requested for return and refund but since last ** days their courier partner bluedart hasn't came to pickup it and when I went to blue dart office they deny to accept it.so I call to amazon customer care but they keep on making different excuses regarding picking up of product.they ask me for self return ,but when I ask them will amazon will take the risk if the product is misplaced or lost or stolen during transit,they say no then how can I go with self return option. They are not creating any clear way to resolve my issue.
So plz look into my issue and ask them to resolve it and refund my money
