Jiomart - fake product delivered

on **/**/**** i ordered boat rockerz *** pro from jiomart app. on **/**/**** it was delivered to me and after opening the package i found out that the product was fake. immediately after noticing it within half an hour i requested to return the product on jiomart app and on **/**/**** i got revert message from them informing me that the return has been rejected. afterward i called jiomart customer service and they told me that they contacted their team and according to them there is no fault in the product. hoping for my complaint to be resolved i continuously followed up with my complain but there was no helpful reply or intention to solve my complain.
