Snapdeal - Fake product delivered

Even though I have got the refund of the product. But I want to file this complaint against snapdeal because they have delivered a fake titan watch whose price was around Rs.**** and they sold it at Rs. ***. Atfirst I was delighted to get the product at such a low price but then when I double-checked in Titan showroom personally; I was said that it is a duplicate watch and the machine inside is not of titan. Strict actions should be taken against snapdeal for selling fake or duplicate products and defrauding the customers.
