Ayush Nigam filed complaint against Amazon on Aug 23, 2019
I ordered a Fossil Rose Gold watch (Refundable item) from amazon of Rs **** on **th August ****. I received a fake product brand named as FOSSLL not even worth Rs *** on very next day **th August ****. I contacted Amazon customer care immediately. I mailed them all the details with the proper photo of the product I received. They asked me to wait for full * working days as they wanted to investigate for the same. In between whenever I called them they said resolution will be provided only on **nd. I did not receive any mail or they did not contact me for any further process even once. Today i.e. ** August **** I had to contact them. They told me Investigation is completed and as per the investigation reports Amazon has sent a correct item from their end. Now they will not return my order and will not provide any refund. I said I will file a complaint against Amazon. Their representative Ravi (TEAM LEADER) said you can do whatever you want. Is this kind of service we are expecting from a reputed e-commerce website like amazon. Firstly they did fraud with me by providing a fake product in the name of a well-known brand "Fossil". Secondly, they ruined all my plans I wanted to gift that watch to my sister which she always wanted as Rakshabandhan gift. Now what I have left with nothing. "No money and nothing". For a middle-class man like me, it is a very huge amount and I just want my money back. It has already been * days since I filed a complaint with them. The major issue is I cannot see any return request from my end. Every time, they ask me to make a request again and again. They did not bother to contact me from their end even once. Kindly look into this as soon as possible, when you find amazon guilty. I would like to have my refund back (RS ****) with proper compensation of making fraud with the regular consumer under consumer rights act.
