I ordered a new mobile Infinix Hot ** Play (Aegean Blue, ** GB) under Flipkart Exchange scheme on Flipkart bog sale day on * August **** ,Order ID - OD******************. Delivery time mobile not exchanged and demand more Rs ****/- cash for delivery.I call flipkart customer support but replied they can not help.flipkart is doing big fraud and cheating online customer to show good exchange value of old mobile and at the delivery time they denined for exchange and demands for more cash money for delivery new mobile.(full value of Old mobile value).I complaint to Flipkart customer support for delivery my order they told me for wait up to ** ,August ****. During this time they cancelled my order.I again complaint to customer support they told order cancelled you reorder.I told I purchased under credit card **% instant cash Bach offer and exchange scheme of old mobile value ****/-, if I reorder I can not avail that offers again ,why you cancelled my order.fault is your than why I bear a loss.please arrange my order delivery ,but they not answered my question .by this way Flipkart doing big fraud with millions of customer.I want my orders item and compensation for mental harresment and Flipkart fake offer and service.
