I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience I faced with a hotel booking made through your platform.
I had booked a stay at Hotel GK Exotica Near Lingampally Railway Station, Hyderabad through MakeMyTrip and had already paid the full booking amount in advance. However, upon reaching the mentioned location on the night of my check-in at around **:** PM, I was shocked to discover that no property exists with the name "Hotel GK Exotica" at the given location.
I was standing on the road late at night with all my luggage and had absolutely no idea what to do next. To make matters worse, I was unable to connect with any customer support representative from MakeMyTrip at that time, which left me in a very difficult and unsafe situation.
This experience is extremely unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted MakeMyTrip to provide verified and legitimate hotel listings. Unfortunately, this incident reflects a serious lapse in verification and customer support from your end.
Because of this issue, I had to struggle late at night to find an alternative accommodation at my own expense, which caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and loss of trust in your platform.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
