Recently I booked a hotel in Digha, through Agoda app and paid full price. However, while contacting the hotel I found no one is attending the calls and the property doesn't exist. I have already raised this issue to the Agoda authority, however they have failed to contact the hotel or it's owner and neither they are refunding my money. The are only fooling around, this seems to be a big scam and I will be forced to take proper legal action against Agoda app if my money is not refunded immediately.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
