Garv Parmar filed complaint against PayTM on Jul 11, 2019
I booked flight tickets on PayTm and the airline has no data regarding the same. The airline has declined the onboarding and PayTm has provided me with a wrong PNR which was already issued to some other flight (confirmed this with on ticket counter).

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
