I had placed an order with [Company Name] and was expecting the parcel delivery. A few minutes ago, I received a message stating that the order will be delivered today. But suddenly, within minutes, I received another message saying my order could not be delivered as I have refused it.
This is completely false because:
I never refused the parcel.
I did not get any call from the delivery executive.
When I tried to contact the delivery executive, he did not answer my calls.
The customer service number provided is also not working.
As per standard process, there should be at least two delivery attempts, but they are marking fake attempts without trying.
I had requested for the parcel to be delivered on Saturday, knowing Sunday is a non-working day. However, instead of making a genuine delivery attempt, they have created a false update. This is highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and misleading.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
