I received a coupon from Freecharge after completing a recharge of Rs ***. The coupon is in the name of Reliance Trends with **% off on products Rs **** and above. Freecharge also provided me a link which directly links to the Reliance trends website. But after repeatedly trying to apply the coupon everytime it showed that the coupon code has expired. When i complained to frecharge they informed me that the coupon will only work with Jabong that too only for New users. This is absolute cheating as its not written in the terms and condition of the coupon.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
