I am file this complaint for other people i bought casio watch with * year warranty from snapdeal they provide me fake product without warranty card after discuss on Twitter and customer service they told me we resolved the problem and provide genuine product.
They initiate replacement first i ask him what is the process of refund they told me first pick up then *-* day we will delevered origanl product.
I return the product and waiting for product after some day i checked they change my replacement request to return. Ao guys be awre dont purchase anything from Snapdeal.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
