Deepak Tomar filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 14, 2022
Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered "APPLE Watch SE GPS MKQ**HN/A ** mm Aluminium Case" From Flipkart.com (https://www.flipkart.com/apple-watch-se-gps-mkq**hn-a-**-mm-aluminium-case/p/itmcec**dad*be*b?pid=SMWG*VNRRDZBE**G&lid=LSTSMWG*VNRRDZBE**GAMH*GE) on *th August **** for a price of Rs. **,***/- during the sale.
I received the parcel at *th August ****, while taking the parcel I made video of unboxing the parcel in front of Flipkart delivery executive and found out it is FAKE product and different from what I have ordered, Flipkart delivery executive said you can return it (it’s also recorded in video).
So, I made a call to Flipkart Customer Care and asked for return they generated return request and asked for image proofs so I shared all the proofs on the same day they told me wait till **th August ****. Then on **th August **** I got an email that they rejected my return request, so I called and asked for explanation during which customer care creating another request for replacement of the product and told me to wait till **rd August **** then on **th August **** I got an email your replacement request also got rejected I asked for explanation they said they don’t have any and we can’t do anything here.
I called multiple time for status of ticket and shared numerous proofs and details to them in last * days I am feeling humiliated and mentality tortured by Flipkart.com, it’s a big amount for me PLEASE help me.
I have attached copy of invoice, Flipkart.com issue track report and image proofs that I shared with Flipkart.com, I also have video proofs of unboxing.
