i ordered a original reburnished mi powerbank of ***** mah but zookr has sent me a duplicate of mi power bank which is also damaged and not working.I tried calling zookr many time but all the numbers are false.i mailed them many times but no reply from there side . zookr is just cheating the normal people.I need a full refund of my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
