Colive - Failure to return security deposit for rented accommodation

I had entered into a rental agreement at Akshaya Vasudha (Doddanekundi, Bangalore) for a consideration of Rs **,***/- paid via a bank transfer. Upon moving in, I realized, the accommodation promised to me had not been made fit for new residence. The services promised to me (running water, wi-fi, electricity etc) were unavailable or intermittently available. The appliances provided as part of the room were of sub-par quality and malfunctioned/ broke down within days of moving in (the fridge, the geyser, the induction cooktop). No effort was taken to provide minimum hygienic conditions for my period of stay (despite charging for the same) and that the accommodation was infested with pests. Despite numerous complaints, Colive did not resolve the problems with the accommodation. I was forced to find another accommodation within a month of entering into the contract. Since then, I have reached out to Colive multiple times to return my security deposit that they have unfairly kept. It has been over six months but my complaints still not fall on deaf ears.
