Fab Hotels- Cheated.
I made a Resort booking on *th Sep **** my booking was successful and an invoice was also generated for * adults and * children. Due to some inquiry, I contacted the hotel, they said there was no booking in my name and I was shocked.
I contacted FAB customer support, they said that is hotel was discontinued from their FAB network and asked me to cancel the booking.
So, this cheating I did not expect this. Due to peak season, the prices are hiked now and if I book any low-budget hotel it costs me around **K, doubles the payment that I paid for this FAB booking. They know there was an issue with this hotel on *th Sep itself, but no one informed me. Unfortunately, I came to know this issue earlier, if I go directly on **th Sep, I should have to bear the price of **K.
Now I booked the hotel for around *****, which is higher compared to the actual booking amount. Now *****/- loss for me due to this Fab hotel
