I booked the hotel oyo flagship ***** Splenor inn, electronic city, bangalore,. The booking ID is *********.
I made the booking online from agoda website and made the payment. On arriving here, they are asking for more payment saying, they are not collaborating with agoda. If they are not, then they should ask agoda to delist them. And if we pay an extra, then hotel must be getting the rest from agoda.. This means they are in a partnership.
There has been lot of cases, that have happened with agoda. Most of us have to wait there for a long time trying to resolve this. We don't even get any refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
