I Sahil Virmani (MMT BLACK Elite member of MMT) with booking ID NL************* for package booking from Delhi to Maldives for period *-days & *-Night starting from **th Oct** to **th Oct**. Along with my wife Boski Malik for my “*st Marriage Anniversary” from MMT. MMT has spoiled our complete trip of anniversary & this was highly disappointing & horrible trip of my life with so called world renowned tour & Travel Company.
Starting of the trip & stay at Maldives was OK, *rd day while confirming the return flight online we got to know that the scheduled flight of “Go First Airlines” is cancelled. We made all efforts to contact MMT & their agent Mr Deepak Negi (Mob No**********) who has booked the trip, from abroad as well as locally but could not get any help for our return flight confirmation.
*th day since morning ** AM till evening **:** PM with Mr Atul singh at MMT for seeking help. Instead of providing the different flight ticket for return It was told to us to get the refund for the return ticket or pay additional charges (Rs *****/-) for providing the ticket with other airlines. This is a clear blackmail from MMT with the customer who is sitting away abroad & has already paid ***% advance for his trip with brand MMT.
After spoiling the trip of *rd &*th day finally we were forced to pay additional charged Rs *****/- for getting the return ticket.
This was my worst horrible & highly disappointing trip with MMT. I will not recommend anybody else to book trip with MMT & their agent Mr Deepak Negi/Atul singh/Ramya as he is not bothered to call back even after ** days.
I would request MMT to refund me the complete trip cost & apologise for the incident and also take action against the responsible persons being a world renown tour & travel company else we will be forced to share the complete incidence on Twitter, Instagram & other social media including consumer court.
