Gozo Cabs - Extra money charged

I booked a cab from jind to dehradun, and it was showing *** km and when i reached tl the destination... It was showing *** km and driver charged me extra *** rs for this.
I was trying to connect with customer support and they assured me that i will received a call back in * minutes but no one called me. Its been * days now.. There is no response from gozo cabs. Customer executive ask me to wait for ** minutes every time but no call back from them.
It's irritating and frustrating
