I booked a cab with GOZO and the driver did not show up and the company is not returning my advance money

I specifically informed the booking team that I will be reaching at *.**AM by Train from Amravati to Secunderabad Railway Station.
I waited at the pickup location until *:** PM, but the driver did not arrive. When I contacted the driver at *:** AM on the day of travel, he informed me that the booking had been cancelled and I have to refund the advance amount from company also I have to pay the full amount of ₹**,*** again to book the bus/vehicle.
I also called the customer support agent, who assured me that the driver would arrive, but despite this assurance, the driver never showed up.
Attached are some WhatsApp communications for your reference. We were a group of ** family members, including * senior citizens, who were left waiting on the road for the bus/vehicle until *:** PM, but it never arrived.
I am requesting the full refund of my advance amount of : ₹****
