Respected Sir,
I have made a car booking with gozo cabs from Nedumprom, Thiruvalla to Trivandrum Airport whose address is given below
Gurugram
F - ***, UGF, Sushant Shopping Arcade, Sushant Lok Phase-I, Gurugram, Haryana-******.
Kolkata
Signet Tower, *th Floor, DN-*, Sector-V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal-******.
Their e mail id :info@gozo.cab
on *.*.** for **.*.** and paid an advance of Rs. ***.**. My booking id was OW**-*******. My mobile number is **********.
We * passengers and a child started the journey at * pm on **.*.**. Within ** mnts AC of the car stopped working and in **/** mnts occurred breakdown and the car got stuck. We waited about * hour ** mnts. No alternate arrangement have made by GOZO Cab or the driver. Hence we force to arrange another car by */*.** pm as our reporting time was *.** pm. From that point to Trivandrum Airport running time is about two and a half to three hours. By God grace we reached about ** mnts late. i.e. * ** pm.
I have paid Rs. ****.** rupees to the car fare.
The incident I reported on **th August at **.** hrs to you representative mob number **********
on **.*.** I complaint through their WhatsApp number ********** and I got reply that " we sincerely apologize................. Please allow us some time GOZO team us working on it..........
On **nd Aur, ** I sent an email to them asking them to re imburse my money thru e mail. and reminder e mail on **.*.** and **.*.**. I got reply from them that they are refunding Rs. ***.**.
One month have passed so far I have not received my payments..
Now you are requested to kindly instruct them to make following payments.
Advance paid to gozo Rs. ***.**
Excess paid over and above their quoted fare Rs. ****.**.
Your driver is asking for that distance traveled. Rs. ***.**
.Compensation for our mental and physical tension. Rs. *,**,***.**
