Zolo Stays - Extra electricity bill charged

Last month I got bill of near about *** rs.
This month they have charged to *** rs when I asked for my bill as there are meter for each room customer care spoc says cannot be shared.
Also yesterday when discussed with manager about it to show what was last month recorded reading and what is this month reading that also he don't have it.And also agreed that there could be some common area light attached un my meter also switch for heater of another room is attached to my meter. Because of extra charges I am getting delayed in payment for which also they are charging
