Reliance Retail Limited - Extra charges claimed for the carry bag by the Reliance Retail Ltd.

I have purchased grocery from Reliance Retail Store in JS Eminent Mall, Sutheri Road Hoshiarpur. I have paid the bill of ****.** from my wife's credit card. I was astonished that they have charged me Rs * for the carry bag which is totally unethical when I make the complaint regarding the store manager they said me carry bag charge is mandatory and it is our company policy. We get the direction from our seniors as well. I have also explained to him that consumer forum already fined a big brand like Bata of Rs **** for charging the carry bag but unfortunately they did not listen to me. In end, he told me bluntly to file the case and he also said ** cases in Amritsar district already filed nothing going to happen with your case as well. I humbly pray to your good self to take the action against such retailer who is just violating the rights of the customer, photocopy of the bill is as attached.
It is therefore prayed that the honourable consumer court may be pleased to pass judgement and decree against the Reliance Retail Limited Situated at Sutheri Road JS Eminent Mall, Hoshiarpur and in favour of me.
(*) Directing the Reliance Retail Limited to pay the compensation amount to with further interest at the contact rate till the date of realization.
(*) Passing such further or other order as the honourable court may deem. Fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.
