OYO Rooms - Extra charged

I booked oyo room in indore (oyo ***** hotel royal galaxy park) here I had the worst experience of my life as the staff asked me to give **** just because pillow covers and batshit got few spots over them and after requesting a lot that I don't have extra money he threatened me and at last I had to withdraw money from ATM and give them back so that I could get my luggage back. They told that that spot can not be washed by confirming this with laundry vendor. But after paying money when I ask laundry vendor tactically he told that spot could be washed and staff over there told him to deny in front of me.
I would definitely like to raise this issue to senior authority so that I could get my money back.

Also the staff was very rude and there was no parking facilities over there but then too I just want extra thousand rupees which I paid to them just because of you spots over covers that could be washed.
