I booked a cab ride from Chhatarpur, New Delhi to Greater Noida Sector **B on **th April at ** am with fare showing INR ***, I chose Ola Postpaid as the payment mode. I reached the destination at around **:** pm and at **:** pm I got a mail that my ride (CRN **********, **.* kms, *** mints) has been completed with a fare of INR **** from which INR **** has been deducted from Ola Money postpaid and INR *** cash has been paid directly to the driver, though I did not pay a single penny to the driver. Post that I tried reaching Ola customer care to look into it via calls, mails and app but the issue was not resolved and they re-directed me to the app to get help, where it was showing that I have been rightly billed for my ride. Now they are calling me several times a day to clear the outstanding balance and upon telling them the whole scenario no one is ready to help.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
