I have Extended warranty for VU Tv. I have claimed a repair service for it to Jeeves on **/**/**** as it is not getting ON. I have done the procedure for raising a claim request as told by Jeeves customer service representative.
I have sent an several email to Jeeves on claims@jeeves.co.in from **/**/**** onwards with the invoice copy of TV and Jeeves extended warranty invoice as told by customer service representative. But I haven't received any reply on mail and call from Jeeves customer service. Pathetic service I have observed yet from Jeeves. I have all the proof on mail, call record. Please resolve this issue asap as I am getting tired of this Jeeves now.
