* : Received expired Mayonnaise
Called support on **/**/** and a complaint ticket was raised (************) stating that a refund will be issued for the expired item
No refund has been issued and the support team denies that the ticket ever being raised
A separate ticket was raised regarding the toothpaste (************) and was informed by the senior representative that a replacement would be sent or a refund will be issued for the item if the item is out of stock.
Today (**/**/**) the team has issued a partial refund of **Rs for the incorrect item and denies the refund for the expired item.
