This is with regards to refund request under booking reference number *************.Airlines had refunded me an amount of Rs **** and Yatra had deducted a service fee of around Rs.****.Kindly note that while booking there was no communication from Yatra's end that they will be debiting the service fee.Also I wish to make you a point that Rs.**** deduction as a service fee by a travel agent is an uncommon practice and most travel agents are returning the full refund.I feel that I was being charged heavily.Request to refund my amount..
