Flipkart - Exclusive offer under Mobile Curated Collection but not allowing to but mobile there

There is a exclusive offer on Flipkart app in Mobile/Curated Collection section for me.

When I tried to avail that no discount is showing on payment page. It:s a cheting with customer. I contact Flipkart via chat option and thru call back option but they just ignore me.
Have screen shot of offer and recording of chat. Company offered *****/- mobile with Rs.****/- discount under prepaid option.

Have tried different variant of this mobile, all payment option but all effort in vain.
