I have purchased a few items at the Zudio store(sd road, bowenpally)recently i.e in the last ** days. they have clearly mentioned for exchange at any store throughout the city and state. I tried to exchange one item today at Zudio studio @ sattva mall kavadiguda.
they clearly refused to take the exchange and asked me to go to the same place where I brought the produce. This isn't the *st time, a few months back I faced the same issue.
Either they take down the exchange offer all over the city or make sure to deliver what they promised.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
