I have raised an exchange option for my previous order. The delivery person came and pick up the item and didn't give exchange product and told that it will be delivered later on. Since * days delivery person is coming with exchange product however he is asking for old item. I told him so many times that I have already given the old. Product already and the same delivery boy came and her mentioned that he has picked up the old item then why the hell he is again asking for exchange product which I have already given him *-* days back. There is no customer care number and mail also nobody is Approachable.. Don't but anything from bewakoof..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
