Sudhir Sirohi filed complaint against Amazon on Dec 2, 2025
On **th November ****, I placed an order for iPhone ** (Order ID: ***-*******-*******) with exchange of my old phone.
• Rabbit Exchange app scanned the old phone and showed “All Tests Passed” and approved exchange value of ₹**,***.
• On delivery date (**-**-****), Item not delivered. Next day the delivery-cum-exchange agent come and not delivered the phone saying some problem in delivery. Again next day the other delivery agent come and fraudulently marked my perfectly working phone as damaged on rabbit exchange app and reduced the exchange value by ₹*,***.
• I refused to pay the extra amount and cancelled the order on the spot.
• I later sold the SAME phone in the open market for ₹**,*** (₹*,*** more than Amazon’s approved value) – proof attached.
Amazon escalation team rejected any compensation.
I filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH) – it was unfairly closed.
I have also filed a consumer case on E-Daakhil portal against Amazon in Ghaziabad District Consumer Commission (currently under scrutiny).
This is a clear case of fraud, deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, Mental harassment and waste of time by Amazon’s agent and team.
Resolution Demanded:
*. *****/- as compensation for mental harassment, waste of time, fraud and loss of opportunity
*. Written apology from Amazon India
*. Immediate credit to my Amazon Pay balance or my bank account
