I took an ola outstation ride from Kukatpally (Hyderabad) to Yerragondapalem (Andhra Pradesh) on November **, **** for my uncle.
*) At the time of booking an Ola outstation cab - The estimated fare showing as Rs. *,***/- approximately (Anybody may please check in Ola app even now also)
*) I am surprised to see the final invoice of the ride as Rs. *,***/- (Excess charged as compared to the estimated fare almost Rs. *,***) (Anybody may please check in Ola app even now also)
*) However, The cab driver collected cash amount of Rs. *,***/- (total Excess amount collected as compared to estimated fare almost Rs. *,***)
I Requested ola through support function and i sent mail by attaching the documentary evidence and all the tickets were closed just like that.
If the OLA app shows the correct estimated fare amount of Rs. *,***/- at the time of booking itself I could not select the OLA Outstation and will go for another alternative.
Wrong information was shared at the time of booking and a huge excess amount was collected at the time of end of trip.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
