B Biswajeet Reddy filed complaint against State Bank of India on May 8, 2019
While communicating about the card details, their representatives (multiple) have said that there will be no annual maintenance charge for the card. Even I got this confirmation 'n' times. I am sure it will be there in the call recordings.
Even during a background check and final description of the scheme I have strictly said if there are annual charges I will not opt. But they have provided me with a card and a statement of ****/-.
I have communicated the issue to SBI and they are not in a position to waive off the annual fee or decrease the services attached to this scheme. I am not in need of those services.
I would be needing help here. Matter of ****/- but what it's eating away is the time.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
