Pearson Vue - Exam not rescheduled nor fee refunded

Dear Pearson / UIPath Support Team.
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a rescheduling of my UI Path certification examination, which was unfortunately cancelled due to an invalid ID issue. (Indian Govt issued AAdhar card). Exam and case details at the end of the mail.
As I am eager to obtain the UI Path certification, I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling my examination at a suitable time
Please let me know the necessary steps I need to take to proceed with the rescheduling process. I am committed to fulfilling all requirements and ensuring a smooth and successful examination experience.

I look forward to your favorable consideration and the opportunity to complete my UI Path certification examination.
If rescheduling is not an option, I request the concerned to at least refund my hard earned examination fees . The fee might seem nominal to UI path or Pearson,but this is close to my one month of my salary
As per the email I received, I had carried the national identification card - AADHAR - but this was declared as invalid by the proctor (Tanmay)
Acceptable forms of ID include:
Passport
Driver’s license
Non-US Military ID (including spouse and dependents)
Identification card (national or local)
Registration card (green card, permanent residence, visa)
