Pearson Vue - Exam Forfeit

I was supposed to attempt my CCSP exam on **th April **** at a Pearson Vue center in Bangalore but what transpired that day has left me shell-shocked.

My exam was scheduled at *PM, I reached the center at *PM, had to revise some concepts on phone so stayed outside as they said phones should be switched off once you enter the center.
At *:**, I went inside, read the instructions and submitted the documents. I had * ID's which were laminated copies and an office ID card. The person asked me to provide the originals, which I was not carrying (last time I had attended the same exam, I brought the same set of ID's). Digilocker wasn't accepted. The person asked me to bring the ID's by max *:** PM which was practically not possible as I live **kms away from the test center. I requested for some more time, but she denied. I asked if I can start my exam and the documents would be delivered in the meantime, I was denied. AGAIN.
The documents were delivered to me by Dunzo at *:** PM. But I was not allowed in.
The person also stated that if I start my exam late, someone's exam after me will be delayed. I also proposed to them that I can complete my exam * hour before the actual time, but again I was denied. And I was told to leave. I begged for ** mins straight, for my preparation, for the tag, for my life. NO ONE CARED.
This led to cancellation (not even reschedule) of my entire exam fees.
I prepared for this exam since the last * months, but I was denied to attempt to it as my documents were delivered ** mins late. What a joke and mockery of my preparation.
The thing that bothered me the most is they were stubborn on the rules defined and lacked flexibility. It's not that I am keeping you wait forever, nor I am denying sharing my original documents.
This entire episode lacked a basic thing: human emotion. I felt that was not accounted for, it was just sticking to the rules every single time. It felt I was interacting with robots who are programmed to do one job, nothing else.
I am still trying to get out of this. I feel I had the best chance that day.
I feel robbed. I feel cheated. I feel down. Difficult to rise again.
Failure is accepted, denying a chance to try is unaccepted.

This one was tough to take! I request you to take strict action against Pearson.
Would expect a revert on this. It will mean a lot.

If permitted, would be willing to attempt this exam again
