I had transferred **** rupees from. My mobile number ********** to daughter number ********** which did not reflect in her ewallet due to login issues..when I called customer care I was told to respond to their mail with screenshot of msgs received which I did.after two days of calling again I was told that my daughter has to raise a request . Again after two days another mail to her to send screenshots from her mobile..
It is almost a week and no roll back so far ..
Paytm is deliberately delaying roll back for dubious reasons??
Request for an immediate resolution.
