Hi.... I had a conference in Jaipur so i booked rooms via OYO rooms for * nights. For some reason i had to cancel the booking. I also got confirmation that your booking is cancelled and your amount of **** will be refunded in ** to ** working days. But even after ** days i have not got my money refunded. I called oyo rooms coustomer care many times but every time they used to say some reason and they didn't resolve my issue.... My booking details are as per the attached file...
