I booked a hotel from ** December to ** December with ref no: *************, which can be canceled any day before **rd December as per their terms and conditions. I raised a cancellation request on **st December and it is not canceled. They said they will call back but no other response from their side. There is no customer care number or no reply to emails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
