HONDA 2 WHEELARS INDIA - ENGINE QUALITY IS NOT GOOD

Hi Sir,
I purchased Honda Unicorn CB *** during the year **** April, I have been servicing on the show room. I might have missed one or two services during these * years and my vehicle has run around ***** Kms, Around **** and ***** odd kms i complained about engine Noise and the service advisor told me that they should work on the engine and they did and i paid the amount. And now the same noise comes i was told the same engine has some problem. I was surprised to hear that. A vehicle which has run for only *****kms needs engine repair twice in that period. In between these ***** kms. I dont want to take the delivery of the vehicle. I need a proper resolution. The show room service advisor once told the engine effect was a defect in manufacturing, but now they are saying it is because of irregular service, which was regular. I doubt the quality of engine or i was ill advised. I request you kindly take this issue for resolution, unless there is a proper resolution i will not take delivery of my bike.Dear Customer,

I will take delivery of my vehicle at the earliest without engine service. I promise i will never ever buy honda vehicle in my life. And i will not recommend the same to anyone. I know this is not going to affect your sales performance. But at Least i will be happy.
And you have the worst customer service in my experience.
Here are the facts of my complaint.I am reinstating once again.
The Vehicle was bought in the year April **** from April **** to Dec **** total number of months ** Months. Number of services is expected to be completed by ** services (Approx taking Gap between services is * Months) I might have done atleast ** or ** services missing two services in the service schedule. Not continuously. My Maximum gap between services will not exceed more than * Months. So till now none of your technical team from Honda Two Wheelers has checked my engine to diagnose the problem. I sincerely believe my engine quality is not that good compared to any other honda vehicle. The greatest regret I have now is me buying the Honda Vehicle.
And I am pretty sure I am at the receiving end after all, I am just one customer out of a number of customers in the Honda Family. So I have left with no choice to let the complaint go.
So i have only one choice to make, to service the engine by paying the amount or take the delivery of the vehicle and scrap.
So I am going to make one now, taking delivery of the vehicle without doing the engine service.
Thanks for your greatest response. THE WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMES FROM HONDA CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IF THIS CONTINUES YOU MAY WELL LOSE THE MARKET SHARE THIS MAY SEEM FUNNY TO YOU NOW BUT IT MIGHT HAPPEN SOONER OR LATER IF YOU CONTINUE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMER.
