Indu bansal filed complaint against Ajio on Jan 5, 2023
I am Indu bansal, a customer of ajio services. I have been filing a complain since **th december **** and my issue has not been resolved yet. My order ID is FN**********. My complain ID is COM**********. On **th I recieved three packets all sealed. All three packets were of different sizes and since i was in a hurry, I didn't check the products. I recieved an empty packet of not even ** cms long.
Apparently, that packet was supposed to carry a kurta, lehnga, duppatta and potli bag worth **** rupees. This created confusion because i believed all this was in the biggest packet with amount ***.**** rupees. And this amount is clearly impossible because *** paisas are equivalent to * rupee and paisas in thousands do not exist.
I have been continously calling ever since **th december just to not get a solution. This parcel was empty even before i recieved it. The delivery person agrees with me as well. You can check with him
Kindly provide me my money as soon as possible otherwise I'll have to take some strict actions and report this to the police.
