I have ordered Bluetooth skull candy earphones from Amazon. Today on **-Nov-**** when I have received the packet, it was empty and just contained blank A* sheet instead of earphones.
Then I called amazon customer agent regarding issue and he also had a discussion with the delivery agent which worked as a proof that product was empty.
Now instead of returning the money they are saying that they would complete there investigation which will take approx ** days and told me that it would be completed approx **-Nov-****.
This product was ordered by me as gift to my sister on Diwali but if the money is refunded after festival is over then what would be impertance of it.
Didn't expect these services from amazon and require quick action toward it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
