I ordered product on ** dec from boat website. Purchase amount is **** and product delivered me on ** dec i received empty box and i click unboxing video it's very high quality video. I call boat and team member escalate case and they said upload images within ** hours and i already send your case to our department. I attached all document to boat on mail but they said as per policy you have to connect with in ** hour. You can check that i call boat *-* times but they escalate case and due to my work i submitted document midnight. My company doesn't allow to take mobile during work that's why i late submit i receive empty box please provide me solution regarding this. I attach order details and call details thank you Company Remark : Dear Team, We have escalated the concern to the respective department. We will provide an update at the earliest. Return window closed please reshipping my product as soon as possible
